Payment
Customers may pay by using their credit or debit card. Cards accepted include MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Purchasing / JCB / Solo / Switch.

Goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to  have cleared in full.

Credit Card Security
Upon the receipt of an order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. The card issuer will perform a verification check. In the event of a card refusal, DePLOY will not be liable for non-delivery or delay. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at HSBC Secure ePayments on-line transaction portal. At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page; your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. DePLOY does not hold credit card information.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds Sterling (£). Please note that where your order costs are shown in currencies other than Stirling that the figures are as a guide. They are generated by an online live currency exchange calculator, but your card issuer may use a slightly different exchange rate to convert your order from Stirling. Please check with your card issuer for more details on their charges and rates.

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result,  reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Taxes
Prices on DePLOY merchandise include UK VAT (Value Added Tax) for all European Union (EU) customers. For customers outside the EU, DePLOY will deduct UK VAT where applicable.

International Duty
International orders are inclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). DePLOY regrets that it is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes to non-EU customers wishing to return items.

Delivery
Merchandise Shipping
We offer delivery to many countries around the world as indicated on the order form. Orders are processed within 2 hours during office hours. Orders received before 16:00GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders received past 16:00 on a Friday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders are delivered using UPS. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to leave a parcel without a recipient’s signature at the delivery address you have entered upon order confirmation. Your shipment is insured by DePLOY from the time of purchase until it is delivered to you. Once you have signed for the delivery, the responsibility for the goods will be passed on to you. As delays may be caused by external influences, DePLOY will do its best to help you track your packages but cannot guarantee in such cases.

DePLOY accept orders for products that are in stock only upon the following conditions:

• Payment is accepted and billing address verified.
• Delivery address is verified and confirmed.

Order Tracking:
You can check the current status of your shipment by calling our DePLOY workshop +44 (0) 20 7935 2613 during the GMT hours of 10.00 and 20.00. DePLOY will track your merchandise delivery status for you and email you with its status with a UPS tracking number. DePLOY will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that only a record of your transaction is kept on the website, your credit card details and delivery details are not held on our site.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
DePLOY strives to achieve the best possible quality and a personal service. Each garment is thoughtfully designed, responsibly produced, and carefully checked prior to sending. DePLOY accepts returned merchandise that is in the same condition as at time of our release. We advise that customers check garments upon receipt and before removing the tag. Once the tag is removed, customers may only return the item if the merchandise is found to have a production fault.

Customers must notify DePLOY via email confirmation (found on your invoice and email confirmation), stating reason for return. DePLOY will not accept returns outside the above time frame, other than for faulty garments. DePLOY will not accept returns for items that have been worn or with tags removed.

Merchandise should be returned to the address below with purchase reference number written clearly on the box used for the return. The Purchase reference number will be checked against returned merchandise upon receipt by DePLOY.

Upon the receipt and quality check of the returned merchandise, DePLOY will refund customers on his/her credit card used for the original purchase within 2 days. The refund will compose of the full value of the items returned including UK sales taxes, if this was paid for in the original purchase, and excluding delivery costs.

DePLOY operates an opt-in policy in terms of communicating via email, post and telephone. DePLOY strives to customise its merchandise for your clothing needs. The mailing subscription is therefore designed for the sole purpose of understanding your individual requirements in order to provide you with personalised and up-to-date information on products and services that may suit you. By subscribing to our mailing list you are opting to receive communications by email. However, every time DePLOY contacts you after this, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list. At the point at which we collect your telephone and address details when you subscribe to our mailing list you will be offered the opportunity to opt in to receive further communications by post and telephone. DePLOY will not pass your details to any third parties.
